Refund and Return Policy

At BERKANI, we are devoted to delivering uncompromising quality, artistry, and a seamless luxury experience. Because each piece is crafted with care and exclusivity, our policies are designed to protect both our clients and the integrity of our collections.

Haute Couture & Custom Orders:

All Sales Final: Due to the bespoke nature of our haute couture and custom-made pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is individually crafted to your specifications and represents a unique work of art.

Complimentary First Alteration: To ensure the perfect fit, we offer one free alteration per haute couture or custom order.

How to Request: Contact us at customercare@myberkani.com or call +974 3015 3829 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Delivery Fees: Complimentary within Doha; QR 50 for other locations in Qatar. Clients are responsible for shipping charges outside Doha.

Alteration Window: Please request your alteration within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for complimentary service.

Luxury Abayas: 

Return & Refund Window: Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery for luxury abayas.

 

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Please include your receipt or gift receipt.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • International orders

  • Worn or used items, or items with perfume/fragrance

  • Items with removed tags

  • Sheilah’s (headscarves)

  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window

 

Return Process:

  1. Email customercare@myberkani.com or call +974 3015 3829 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Eligible returns will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Additional Information:

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order for your preferred style.

 

Gift Cards: Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

 

Country of Return: Returns are only accepted in the country where the purchase was originally made.
