Welcome to www.myberkani.com (“Website”), operated by BERKANI ATIELIER TRADING (“BERKANI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a haute couture house registered in Qatar. By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.
2. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
Use of this Website or our services is not permitted where prohibited by law.
3. Product Information & Orders
BERKANI offers ready-to-wear and made-to-order abayas and haute couture, crafted from premium French and Italian fabrics, designed in Qatar, and tailored in Algeria.
Product availability is subject to change; we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
Custom and bespoke orders typically require up to 15 business days for tailoring and delivery.
Product images are displayed as accurately as possible, but colors and textures may vary due to photography and monitor settings.
By purchasing, you agree that you have read the full item listing and enter a legally binding contract upon completing checkout.
4. Pricing, Payment & Currency
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR); international customers are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for both ready-to-wear and custom pieces.
International shipping may incur duties, taxes, or customs charges beyond our control; these are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Refund Policy outlines eligibility and procedures.
Custom/made-to-order items, international orders, worn or used items (including those with scent or removed tags), and sheilahs (headscarves) are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of defect or error.
For eligible products, return within 3 days of receipt with original packaging and receipt, in the country of purchase.
7. Warranties & Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged product (not due to client misuse), we will repair or replace it. If unable, a full refund will be provided upon prompt return.
BERKANI covers shipment of repaired/replaced products to you; you are responsible for return shipment to us.
Items damaged by misuse or alteration are not eligible for refund, but may be amended or altered for a fee.
8. Client Services & Private Appointments
BERKANI offers private, high-touch client services, including bespoke tailoring and exclusive private appointments. These services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
VIP clients may receive additional benefits, access, or terms. Such arrangements will be communicated directly and may be subject to separate agreements.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, text, graphics, and code on this Website are the exclusive property of BERKANI ATELIER TRADING, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, published, or distributed without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
