Shipping Policy
At BERKANI, we are devoted to delivering your luxury abayas and Haute Couture creations with the utmost care, precision, and artistry. Please find the details of our shipping policy below, designed to ensure a seamless and reassuring experience for our discerning clientele in Qatar and across the GCC.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively within Qatar and GCC countries. For international inquiries, please contact customercare@myberkani.com.
Local Delivery (Qatar): Available both within Doha and to locations outside Doha.
GCC Delivery: Shipping charges are determined by the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
2. Shipping Times
Local (Qatar): Luxury Abayas - 5-10 business days. Haute Couture - 20–25 business days. This includes tailoring and delivery.
GCC Countries:: Luxury Abayas - 10-20 business days. Haute Couture - 20-25 business days. This includes tailoring and delivery.
3. Shipping Fees
Inside Doha: Complimentary delivery
Outside Doha (within Qatar): QR 50
GCC Countries:: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination
4. Duties on International Orders
For all international orders, customs duties and taxes are not included in your order total. These charges, which are determined by your destination country, must be paid directly to the shipping agency upon delivery. We recommend consulting your local customs office for further details.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Bespoke orders may take up to 5 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note, bespoke and Haute Couture pieces require additional tailoring time as outlined above.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s progress.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customercare@myberkani.com. Our team will swiftly assist in arranging a replacement or refund, ensuring your satisfaction remains our highest priority.
8. Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. P Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays. Orders returned to us due to non-availability may not be eligible for refunds or repeat fulfillment; however, we are always happy to review individual cases to provide the best possible resolution.
